RefLogix is designed for sports officials across sports, levels, organizations, and seasons.

An official may use RefLogix whether working locally, scholastically, collegiately, professionally, or across several levels and organizations.

Assignments may be entered manually.

RefLogix may also offer supported import and synchronization options. Available import methods may vary during beta and as supported integrations are qualified.

You remain responsible for verifying assignment information against the official source that issued the assignment.

Yes.

RefLogix can help you maintain your own records of crews and officials associated with your assignments.

When entering another person's contact information, only enter information you are authorized to maintain and use for legitimate officiating purposes.

RefLogix includes controlled assignment-sharing features.

Only share assignment information with appropriate recipients and review the information being shared before sending it. Financial, tax, receipt, private-note, and other protected information is not intended to become general shared content.

An assignment can include the fee you expect to earn.

When payment arrives, you can record the amount received, the date received, and the organization that paid you.

This allows RefLogix to distinguish among:

Fees Earned, Payments Received, and Outstanding Fees.

Recording a payment does not create additional earned income. It records the factual receipt of money already associated with your officiating activity.

A Paying Organization is the conference, school, association, league, assigning organization, or other organization that pays you for officiating activity.

For normal payments, you can add the organization directly while recording payment from an assignment. You do not need to maintain a separate payer list throughout the season unless you want to review or manage those records.

Different officiating relationships may be treated differently.

RefLogix allows you to record how you understand a particular paying relationship so your records can be organized appropriately.

RefLogix does not determine your employment or worker classification. If you are unsure, select the appropriate unknown option and discuss the relationship with your tax or legal professional.

Tax Center organizes the financial records you enter into RefLogix.

RefLogix is not tax-preparation software and does not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice.

It does not determine deductibility, determine worker classification, calculate a complete tax return, calculate every federal or state tax obligation, or replace a CPA, tax preparer, or tax-preparation software.

Its purpose is to help you maintain better records and prepare organized information for year-end review.

Preparer Review identifies records that may need additional information before you hand your records to a tax professional or use them for tax preparation.

Your tax preparer decides how an item should ultimately be treated or reported.

Yes.

RefLogix can record officiating-related travel and mileage and use supported location information to assist with travel records.

You remain responsible for reviewing the accuracy and business purpose of your mileage records.

RefLogix allows supported receipts to be associated with your recordkeeping.

Receipt storage is intended to help you maintain supporting documentation. A stored receipt does not mean RefLogix has determined that the underlying expense is deductible.

RefLogix is designed to help officials preserve more than financial information.

Assignments, crews, venues, notes, journal information, certifications, camps, and other career details can contribute to your personal officiating history.

No.

Imported or synchronized information may originate with outside systems and can contain errors, omissions, delays, or later changes.

Always verify critical assignment details with the organization or assigning source responsible for the assignment.

RefLogix uses access controls, authentication protections, ownership checks, private storage for supported files, audit controls, and other technical safeguards appropriate to the service.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. You should also protect your password, email account, and devices.

RefLogix does not operate an advertising marketplace and does not use your officiating or financial records to sell targeted advertising.

An account-deletion request disables and isolates the account immediately.

RefLogix generally maintains a 30-day retention period during which the account may be restored through the authorized recovery process. After that period, operational and personal account data is scheduled for purge under the RefLogix deletion lifecycle.

Certain limited billing, security, audit, fraud-prevention, and business records may be retained longer when necessary or permitted.

RefLogix provides supported exports for various records, including tax-organizer and financial information.

Available export formats may vary by feature.

RefLogix may offer beta, free, trial, promotional, or paid access depending on the stage of the product and the terms presented to your account.

Any price, billing period, promotional offer, or renewal terms applicable to you will be shown through the applicable subscription or checkout experience.

When paid subscriptions are enabled, subscription-management options are available through the RefLogix billing experience.

Cancellation is processed through RefLogix's payment provider and takes effect according to the subscription status shown to you.

Deleting a RefLogix account also initiates the account-deletion process separately from your operational access.
